At Forest Hills Homes we have aligned ourselves with Founders Bank and Trust. Founders provides financing for new construction and renovation loans with as little as 10% down. Since we have done several projects with Founders our process is seamless.
Gregg Teegardin is a Residential Mortgage Lender for Founders Bank & Trust and a licensed loan originator in the State of Michigan. Greg has almost 10 years experience and is well versed in construction and lot loans.
Founders Bank & Trust offer a simple and aggressive construction loan program to help clients build their dream homes. We offer two types of construction loan programs. The most common one utilized by our clients is the two-step construction loan.
This program starts with an interest only construction loan, which is paid off with a conventional loan at the end of the construction. The other program is our perm construction loan. This is an interest only loan that converts to a portfolio loan at the end of construction. We pre-approve potential clients for financing, so they know how much of a home they can design with FHH.
Customer service for our clients is all about following up and following through. We make sure to do our due diligence upfront, so that there are not any unnecessary delays later in the design and building phases.
I love what I do! My profession was a perfect match from the start for my Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University. In addition to my passion for working with numbers, I am an avid soccer player. Most of my free time is taken up playing soccer, listening to music, and hanging out with my family. My wife and I are high school sweethearts, and we have a three and a half year boy named Owen and an eight month old girl named Julia.
